Inside Sales Consultant

Greenville, SC

A generalized list of job responsibilities is below.

Job Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound outreach
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Source qualified opportunities
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
  • Research prospects, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform any other duties assigned by your manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Self-starter mindset and goal-oriented approach
  • Strong communication abilities and capacity to adapt to customer needs
  • Working hours from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Operations Analyst

Job Responsibilities

  • Obtain NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License
  • Organize and prioritize work volume for efficient loan processing
  • Communicate with clients and potential clients via phone and email
  • Explain loan programs and processes
  • Work closely with vendors to schedule appraisals and inspections of properties
  • Underwrite and screen potential clients and properties
  • Prepare loan files for approval and closing
  • Assist in overall operations of the company
