Broker Program Associate

Greenville, SC

A generalized list of job responsibilities is below.

Job Responsibilities

  • Screen, onboard and develop relationships with mortgage brokers
  • Account management to include outbound phone and email campaigns, deal flow management, and frequent follow ups with brokers regarding deals in process
  • Answer inbound questions from brokers regarding loan products and processes
  • Source qualified opportunities
  • Research prospects, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
  • Perform any other duties assigned by your manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • One year sales experience/customer service experience preferred
  • Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member
  • Working hours from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm with occasional opportunities for business travel or extended hours

Loan Servicing Analyst

Greenville, SC

Lima One Capital, LLC is offering an opportunity to be a part of the exciting home renovation industry.  We are searching for a quality person who possesses strong values, a great work ethic, attention to detail, assertiveness, and confidence. The new hire will work within the Finance department of the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Gain proficiency in company’s loan servicing software as well as any new systems that may be implemented in the future
  • Oversee and maintain the monthly billing and collections cycle
  • Analyze and report on overall portfolio performance and rick metrics
  • Monitor the status of delinquent payments and follow-up on an ongoing basis
  • Generate pay-off letters
  • Monitor maturing loans and ensure borrowers have an exit strategy
  • Interact with clients daily to answer questions, solve problems, and deliver the highest-level of customer service
  • Maintain detailed records including client contact notes and loan modifications
  • Other projects as necessary

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Efficient with Microsoft Excel, expertise given strong preference
  • Loan servicing experience is preferred
  • Experience with Crystal Reporting or SQL is a plus
  • Ability to work in a complex team environment
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision and manage tight deadlines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of professional-level experience
  • Lending industry experience is preferred but not required

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound outreach
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Source qualified opportunities
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research prospects, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform any other duties assigned by your manager
  • Ability to obtain NMLS licensure where required
  • Other projects as necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 Year sales experience or some level of customer service experience
