Director of Inside Sales

Greenville, SC

The Director of Inside Sales will directly lead a team of inside sales representatives in originating mortgages to real estate investors. You will lead and manage a dynamic team of Inside Sales specialists who are responsible for selling our lending products, developing new business relationships and expanding existing clients across the United States. Establish and set strategic direction for sales growth and business model evolution.  Responsible for oversight and managing of sales priorities, budget, and continuous improvement of inside sales metrics.  Plans, directs, leads and manages resources in optimizing sales effectiveness within inside sales.

Reports to:  Chief Revenue Officer

Location:  Greenville, SC company headquarters, no exceptions.

Qualifications

  • Principled individual with high moral standards, intelligence and integrity
  • 5+ years in sales leadership role and/or successful direct sales and sales management experience
  • Mortgage real estate (commercial or residential) related industry with sales management/leadership experience, preferred.
  • Proven track record and demonstrated success in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, and successful results oriented call center sales teams.
  • Successful track record of recruiting and developing inside sales professionals
  • Proven ability to develop and manage an active and growing sales pipeline
  • Healthy respect and support for operations team and role in loan closing process. No tolerance for a sales vs. operations culture. Teamwork and support is critical.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, projecting a positive attitude and providing an environment of professional excellence.
  • Strong sales and presentation skills with ability to speak and write well.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college. Business, finance or related field, preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Recruit, grow and train Inside Sales team – growing from current 6 to 15-20 sales professionals
  • Sets goals, activity levels, monitors work and key performance metrics and evaluates results to ensure sales goals are exceeded.
  • Maintains active monitoring of monthly pipeline production and sales activity to allow reliable reporting to executive team on an ongoing basis.
  • Responsible for hiring, training and developing high performance sales team members, employee development, performance evaluation, resolution of employee issues and all manager related administrative functions.
  • Supports achievement of business objectives through effective management of resources, effective pipeline management, and by assessing the effectiveness of incumbent sales and product training.

Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst

Successful candidates will need to build and maintain strong relationships with their business partners while developing high quality systems, analytic, and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain core Salesforce system across all company areas but primarily sales channels
  • Integrate and maintain data feeds into Salesforce from other key lending, servicing, and/or telephony and other platforms.
  • Create, maintain and drive sales and marketing campaigns including design, implementation in salesforce, performance monitoring and recommendations on tuning.
  • Ensure all core Salesforce administrative duties from user set-up, to screen design to all data integrity and management rigors across core objects.
  • Design, develop and maintain complex applications on Saleforce.com platform including customizations, coding and integrations.
  • Design & develop custom visual force pages as required.
  • Research, advise, integrate and manage any plug-ins to enhance salesforce functionality.
  • Maintain and enhance user mobility of Salesforce on tablet, surface and mobile phones
  • Proficient at programming and configuring the Salesforce platform; deep functional understanding of its architecture, capabilities and limitations; Salesforce certifications a plus.
  • Proficient with Salesforce Mobile applications.
  • Understand and live in the business working hand in hand with sales and marketing teams to analyze performance of the business and recommend improvements to campaigns, business processes, etc.
  • Build out reporting for departments throughout company that will assist with overall collaboration of operations

Requirements:

  • Expertise desired with Salesforce development tools and techniques including the APEX language, Lightning Experience, Force.com custom development, triggers, controllers, Force.com SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, Objects, SOQL, SOSL, Chatter APIs, outbound messaging and creating Visual Force pages as well as SF certifications all a plus
  • Strong understanding of object oriented concepts and relational database concepts
  • Familiar with database technologies (any of DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, MySQL and Informix) desired including intermediate knowledge of SQL ideally.
  • Exposure to reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or SSRS

The analyst will be evaluating inspections of Fix and Flip renovation projects and will see a variety of projects from beginning to end. Analyst will be required to work closely with the company’s Director of Construction Management and inspector team to give recommendations on the overall progress and quality of completed work. Special Servicing Analyst

Greenville, SC

Lima One Capital has a dynamic opportunity for a Special Servicing Analyst. This analyst position is a key role within the Special Servicing Department that works closely with the Director of Special Servicing to handle problem accounts and formulate a successful resolution to mitigate overall company risk. The Special Servicing Analyst will be required to analyze unique problems and provide recommendations to resolve problem accounts as well as handle other borrower situations that pose a potential risk to the company.  The Special Servicing Analyst will work closely with borrowers, vendors, realtors, and other relevant stakeholders as well as internally with team members, various Lima One Capital departments, and company management. The position requires analysis of complex account issues and unique situations, to administer and execute a wide variety of Special Servicing Departmental tasks and duties, and to communicate externally & internally on relevant issues applicable to the Special Servicing Department.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Will consider relevant career experience.
  • 1-2 years of professional level experience is desired
  • Collections experience is desired, but not required
  • Ability to analyze, administer efficiently, and communicate clearly

Position Requirements

  • Achieve proficiency in Lima One’s loan servicing software. Maintain departmental databases
  • Coordinate internally to transition problem accounts with various issues into Special Servicing. Generate breach letters and handle account extension processing
  • Track Special Servicing delinquency and maturity accounts to ensure timely resolution
  • Coordinate with vendors including order placement, invoice administration, and property management
  • Review property preservation inspection reports. Assist with routine property preservation orders and property maintenance monitoring. Review tax and insurance status on Special Servicing loans for timely resolution
  • Coordinate with Lima One’s foreclosure legal counsel to handle case documentation
  • Maintain Special Servicing dialer campaigns. Develop ability to handle borrower call escalations
  • Develop collection skills and demonstrate communication proficiency on problem accounts
  • Handle REO property administration with realtors, appraisers, and vendors
  • Run Lexus Nexus reports on suspected fraud and skip trace accounts
  • Participate in internal/external meetings with relevant stakeholders to discuss Special Servicing properties
  • Analyze and report on overall Special Servicing portfolio performance and risk metrics.
  • Handle one-off problematic account issues and other unique situations assigned to Special Servicing. Other projects as assigned
